Richmond REIA Monthly Meeting / Why Every Investor Must Learn Notes

with... Multiple Speaker(s)

Most real estate investors aren’t familiar with notes. However, this month’s training will explain the benefits of notes and demystify this type of Real Estate investment.

Monday, September 17, 2018

Tuckahoe Moose Lodge
4366 Springfield Rd
Glen Allen, VA 23060

First, a little about Joe Varnadore:

Investing in his first property at the age of 19, Joe learned the importance of using creative financing to make the deal work. Since then, Joe has created, brokered, bought and sold more than 10,000 real estate notes on both residential and commercial properties. As an author, speaker, and trainer for the past 25 years, he believes that there has never been a greater opportunity for real estate investors to use non-performing notes to acquire properties and seller financing to cash out. Joe has teamed up with NoteSchool, the pioneer and industry-standard for training on how to profit in performing and non-performing real estate notes.

Real Estate investing has changed more in the last 5 years than it has in the last 100 years. Because of that, wholesalers fix & flippers and landlords literally have to make 20 offers to get 1 deal accepted. That’s a lot of work and only a 5% success rate. Note School is going to show you how to double your success rate by teaching you how to buy on terms. The most successful investors will optimize their results by combining real estate investing with creative financing techniques that work for all investors.

What You Will Learn on Monday Evening September 17, 2018:

  • How to double your business without spending an extra dollar on marketing
  • How to successfully buy properties with seller financing
  • How to Dictate the “terms” to the seller
  • How to solve the problems of low inventory and high prices
  • How to be in the top 5% of investors that are chasing 95 deals versus the 95%
  • that are chasing 5 deals
  • Using Your Self Directed IRA as a Bank
  • And much, much more!
