Main Monthly Meeting
This is our main Richmond REIA Event for the month, so don't miss it! We invite to join us for free food, soda, water or beer at Hardywood - West Creek. This is a great opportunity to network with other members and our vendors. The first session officially starts at approximately 6:30 PM. Free parking is available for members at the Hardywood - West Creek's large guest parking lot. Be sure to bring plenty of business cards, pen, paper and take lots of notes!
Attorney Curtis D. Gordon of Dankos Gordon & Tucker PC will be speaking with us this month on Contracts, Assignments, Double Closings and the pros and cons of closing in a Land Trust vs. other forms of ownership.
